I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois and Indiana.
I hold Master Degrees in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Sociology from Illinois State University.
Since starting my clinical career, regular professional training and my own personal therapy is essential to my growth and effectiveness as a therapist. I have completed extensive training in AEDP Therapy for individuals, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals.
Outside of work I enjoy walking around different neighborhoods, eating burritos, experiencing live music, hanging out with family and friends, and writing run-on sentences.
